I hold a BA in Fine Art and an MA in Art History, with a long-standing commitment to both art-making and education. From 1997 to 2008, I worked as a Lecturer of Fine Arts at a university in China, teaching Drawing, Painting, and Art History.
In recent years, I have worked as a private art tutor, teaching drawing, painting, and pottery to students of different ages and abilities. Since 2020, I have been developing a ceramics practice, largely self-taught, allowing my work to evolve through hands-on experimentation and sustained practice. Alongside my teaching, I continue to develop my own artistic practice while balancing my role as a homemaker.
